Please read these terms and conditions before you register

• Each participant needs to pay the registration fee. Your registration will be finalized only if we receive full payment. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please take this into consideration before completeing the payment.

• Participants will be given a certificate of attendance after the conference.


The certificates of attendance for workshops will be issued only to participants who attend the scheduled sessions.

 How to register and pay the registration fee for the conference and  workshops


1. You first need to register on the website. To do so, click on register on the top right of the website homepage.

2. when you click on that, you will see a page like below:



3. Fill out the form. In the section asking for the registration type, choose:


Conference attendance: if you want to attend the conference and workshop(s) and you either didn’t submit a paper or you submitted a paper and your paper has been rejected.


Conference attendance- Author: If you are an author who wants to attend the conference and workshop(s) and your paper has been accepted for oral/ poster presentation.


Other (Those who just want to attend the workshops): if you do not want to attend the conference, but you wish to attend the workshop(s).

IMPORTATNT: If you have already registered on the conference website and you want to change your registration type, please log in; then, click on My Home button, on the top right of the conference website. Then follow the instructions on the pictures below:




4. After submitting this form, you will be given a password to the conference website. The password will be sent to your email as well. If you do not see the password in the inbox, please check the spam folder.


5. After your registration completed on the website, go to the website home page. There you can find the registration tab.


Under this tab, you can see Registration Guide, Conference Registration, Workshop Registration, Invoice and Services. If you click on the conference registration, you will be directed to a page like below:



6. If you want to attend the workshops, go to Workshop Registration under the registration tab on the home page.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the price for the workshops will change after Oct. 7.

7. Go to Invoice on the home page under registration tab. Here you can see all the options you have selected.

After clicking on the save button, you will be directed to the payment page. Fill out the slots, and click on  pay. After receiving the successful payment message, your registration is finalized.



International participants should only register on the conference website, choose the services they wish to reserve and workshop(s) they want to attend. They will pay the conference fees (20 euros) in cash on the conference day.
